Descendant

Butoh allows me to explore the shadow aspect of my psyche. It provides a container for me to feel and express the pain and heartache from personal and ancestral wounds. Only by recognizing and acknowledging these emotions may we begin to soothe them, allowing the stagnated energy to move and be put to other uses.
